Client: INK Architect

Our tasks:

1. Based on the completed AutoCAD project from INK-Architects, create a BIM model (detail level LOD 450)
2. Conduct comprehensive inspection for intersections between load-bearing structure sections and engineering sections of water supply and sewerage
3. Obtain attribute information/construction volumes of materials, equipment for all sections and perform reconciliation with specifications in project documentation.
4. Issue prescriptions with a report for making corrections/amendments to existing project documentation.

Source documentation composition: 7 sections AR, RC, WS, HVAC, FP, CS/BMS, EM — about 1000 sheets/drawings.

Project status:
