DEHAUSS was founded by Denys Gai in 2009.

He took over the company and became its permanent leader. Denis’s constant striving for personal growth
was reflected in the company’s success. Having an architectural degree, he is mastering an additional specialty and is pursuing a second degree in civil engineering. The ability to combine the skills of an architect and a civil engineer
formed the basis of the company’s postulates, because since then, when creating any project, the architectural imagination
has been supplemented by engineering and technical knowledge, and there has been a clear understanding that the project is realizable and how exactly it will be implemented. By the way, the greatest architects in history also had an engineering education along with
architectural one. In those years, Denis Gai joined the ranks of the Union of Designers of Ukraine and was certified by the
Union of Architects of Ukraine, and DEHAUSS quickly grew from a design studio into an architectural and construction company. 

In July 2013, DEHAUSS received a construction license, and in May 2014, in Kyiv, Denys Gai received an architect’s certificate and a design license for the company. From that moment on, all the activities of the company switched to the BIM technology paradigm. In March 2015, in the United States, Denys passed the international certification for the “profi” level from Autodesk for Revit Architecture 2015 and 3ds max 2015 products.

By applying advanced BIM technologies in practice, we not only keep up with the times and are always on the crest of technological progress in the field of design, development and management of construction projects, but also gained an excellent competitive advantage by opening up international markets and large government orders.

Today, DEHAUSS is an architectural and development company with the function of managing the life cycle of an object from
planning to commissioning.
Providing BIM services at the highest level, the geography of our projects expanded to 4 continents in 2026.
We are trusted by the government, including defense orders, and large international projects. At the same time, we continue to
create private architecture in Europe and build and manage commercial facilities in Ukraine.
