Let’s start with the fact that in the services market now many people are engaged in design, even after two-week courses…
We remind you that interior design and its working documentation are an integral part of construction production and for a more or less serious project requires mandatory professional technical skills, which can only be possessed by a person who has received higher education in a construction university.
In our team, the leading designers not only have higher education but also have “red diplomas”, they are passionate professionals in their field, for them construction is their calling.
Very often it happens that our characteristic interior style cannot be replicated because it has no exact name and is not written about in Wikipedia. This is because our design is the embodiment of the Client’s soul in the interior, a symbiosis of style and fantasy, individuality, engineering and architectural constructivism. We strive to create unique projects that bring coziness, thoughtful ergonomics and maximum functionality.
A real designer renovation has a large number of nuances, important nodes and complex solutions, features of equipment and decor installation. Without sufficient experience in implementing such projects, you can encounter many pitfalls during renovation and construction work.
For us, the story of any project begins with the Client’s acquaintance with our chief architect. We discuss your wishes, inspiration, what is important to you and what you cannot stand, your values and principles, your initial vision of the project either verbally or through your sketches. In the first days, we will study your property. We will perform laser measurements and model a virtual 3D model with all construction deviations that were made during the construction process, model engineering networks and communications with all fittings and branches. The importance of accurate measurements is hard to overestimate, because an error at the start can turn into a big problem at the finish of the renovation, which is why we use the best HILTI measuring equipment, including electronic angle meters.
Very often it is difficult for the client to choose the options offered by the designer, because it happens that none of the options are “to the soul.” Therefore, we have developed a certain “method” by which project development goes in sequential steps, which are jointly discussed and decisions are made on each point. Everything starts with the development of an architectural plan with the placement of furniture and equipment. We immediately take into account the thickness of plaster and final wall finishing to see the actual dimensions of the rooms and understand how realistically certain elements of furniture, plumbing and equipment fit (for example: water treatment, appliances, etc.). The architectural plan also contains the development of structural nodes and all engineering systems of the property, indicating pipes, air ducts and other main communications.
When the architectural plan is clear and approved, we move on to developing the electrical part of the project (power and low-current) with planning of lighting systems, sound insulation, audio equipment (including ceiling DolbyAtmos sound systems), LAN, WiFI Clouds. The design engineer will develop heating systems (including in-floor convectors), water supply and sewerage (separate systems by water pressure), ventilation and air conditioning (including a hidden under-ceiling ducted system).
We approach the selection and approval of finishing materials with special care. Each client is individual, here a puzzle must come together between tactile sensations and visual perception. Natural or artificial, stone, wood, ceramics, glass. Many options, but we will select and create exactly your interior! And when the sections on planning, furniture, lighting and other structural solutions are agreed upon, we move on to developing interior visualization. For Clients who do not fully understand the color scheme of their interior, we perform visualization in 2 stages. The first stage is visualization in gray-white tones to coordinate the general concept of the interior, and then visualization in color with a presence effect is performed.
The entire project is executed in the innovative BIM (Building Information Modeling) construction design system – this means that all nodes and project solutions will be carefully worked out, the project will not contain errors, and you will receive accurate specifications and specifications of material volumes and construction work.

Our company has implemented over 65 complex turnkey interior projects! We know where the “pitfalls” of the renovation and construction process are hidden and we encourage you not to compromise and entrust the development of your design project to professionals.
