The development and implementation of a modular house project for a cottage town continues.

Variations of the house allow you to adapt it to any land plot, as well as to arrange several basic elements into one house, thereby expanding its functional and spatial capabilities.

The frame of the house is designed in the BIM (building information modeling) system, which allowed us to manufacture it as a designer, disassemble it and transport it for further assembly to any place in Ukraine and Europe.

Our production facilities in Odessa and Odessa region allow us to manufacture 8 such houses per month, which closes the calendar schedule for the construction of a cottage village of 203 cottages in 2 years.

The products are certified and have all the necessary documents for transportation to EU countries.
