We have completely changed the organization of construction processes, trained the general contractor’s construction personnel to use mobile tools directly at the construction site.
We implemented BIM 360 in construction with integration: Client + Developer + Client’s Service + main contractors.
Result:
Detecting design errors and fixing them before construction starts saves at least 10% of the total construction cost, allows construction without unnecessary rework, material overruns, additional work, and on-site utility routing. Detecting and eliminating these errors during construction could significantly increase the project completion time, and the client would incur additional financial costs.
With BIM 360 implementation at the construction stage, transparent control of all construction appeared on site. There is an interconnection of cost, time, volume, and resource indicators. The client has access to a visual interface for comprehensive control of everything happening. Detection and accounting of deviations of actual work volumes from planned ones. The client also receives results of technical control sessions. At any time, you can track how many issues technical supervision found, how many issues were fixed, how many are in progress and require additional control from the project manager or engineer. Which contractors respond faster to assigned tasks, etc.
