When we think of managers in a large company, the first things that come to mind are increasing efficiency and reducing unnecessary costs, searching for new opportunities.   • an issue arises on site that requires prompt reaction from the client or designer. You have to call and explain over the phone or write an email. The person might simply not respond. And the issue remains pending until the next supervision session. It either resolves itself (most likely, far from optimally) or remains hanging and blocks further work.
  • actual indicators of completed work significantly differ from the data submitted by contractors.
  • contractors work with different versions of plans. Simply put, due to numerous project changes and high pace, confusion occurs and the foreman unknowingly works with outdated plans and drawings.

The list can go on and on. The main reason lies in the prevalence of manual, paper work, as well as the need for personal contact between client and contractor to clarify problematic issues. But there is a solution!

How many people were on site, how many hours they worked, who performed what work, any marks and nuances are recorded in the online journal and can be automatically sent daily to the project manager. The site manager can also request clarification on any task from supervision engineers or architect, quickly receiving an answer or comment.

Project manager always has data on which contractors respond faster to comments and close tasks. Some contractors perform work according to PPR, some fall behind and by how much. You can always track unresolved directives and draw additional attention to resolving issues.

For the client, BIM 360 allows promptly receiving data about the real state of construction progress and visually comparing results with the work execution plan. Using BIM technologies, the client can control and visually plan the construction budget.
