New house on Zaporizka Street
Today we will tell you about a new project – a multi-story residential building on Zaporizka Street.
The building footprint is a small square plot that has been used as a parking lot until now.
Earthworks and drilling are already underway at the construction site.
Using BIM technologies, we easily passed the technical part of introducing the building into the existing development and closely focused on architecture.
Before you is a hand-drawn sketch. The architectural idea is justified by the location of the future building. Mishka Yaponchik grew up in the neighboring courtyards, “that” Odessa still reigns here, and in our taste, the building will fit perfectly and complement the architecture of the area.
In the upper part, you can see the sculpture of God Mercury, in Roman mythology the god of trade, profit and enrichment, patron of travelers, son of Maia.
A little lower on the shoulder blades, as decor, we used the Caduceus (4 pcs) – this is Mercury’s staff, which had the ability to reconcile.
