New project from the DEHAUSS team — a family house in Sosnovy Bereg, Odesa
Amid the silence of the pine trees and the sea air, we created more than just a house – we weaved a warm breath of life into the landscape. Light as a morning breeze. Spacious as freedom itself. This project is the answer to the dream of a family that appreciates natural beauty, light and silence.
Clean lines, concrete, glass and wood. Architecture that does not compete with nature, but continues it. A spacious terrace flows into the soft greenery of the lawn. Panoramic windows open the interior to the sun, wind and voices of summer. Here the boundary between the house and the garden disappears – the space lives in the rhythm of light and shadow.
In this house, morning begins not with an alarm clock, but with the rustling of pine trees. Here in the evening, not just the light turns on – here the feeling of home turns on.
