Project in Berlin. Translation from 2D to BIM
Company Belle Epoque, which specializes in creating and renovating residential real estate in Germany and has implemented over 100,000 square meters of housing in recent years, is leading another residential development project in Berlin.
Initially, the project was completed in Autocad (2D). The project received approval and the development company Belle Epoque obtained all necessary permits. Now, before starting construction, we have developed a BIM model which, in addition to reducing construction time and costs, allows the developer to receive a package of marketing materials, including 3D visualizations and animated videos of the complex development.
We are pleased to participate in the development and implementation of residential real estate in Europe. This western region has repeatedly shown us its appreciation and reciprocity.
