The architecture combines components of modern urban life and historical domestic architecture of the surrounding areas, creating a new typology that combines the past and the present.
The facade is expressed by vertical brick blocks and regular window openings, which help to clearly define the massiveness and height of the building. The facade design has an aesthetic influenced by the combination of colors and textures observed in the contemporary works of art of Sean Scully. The facades of matte brick, smooth balconies and window frames of anodized aluminum are the embodiment of modern design, which, combined with the building’s reference to Georgian and Victorian architecture, demonstrates a considerate attitude towards both new residents and local residents.
